Feature

The calendar your client can browse — without authentication.

A unique link to share with your client, partner or prospect. Three visibility levels. No authentication needed. Revocable in one click.

Day-to-day use cases

  • Client asks "are you free in September?" — you send the link.
  • Showcase public availability on your LinkedIn / personal site.
  • Give access to a prospect without formally inviting them as a member.
  • Share with your accountant the missions without exposing your finances.

How it works

  1. 1
You create a new share link from the calendar page.
  2. 2
You pick the level: FULL (all missions visible), ANONYMOUS (just availability, no client name), CLIENT (one specific client's missions).
  3. 3
You set an optional expiry date (handy for temporary partnerships).
  4. 4
You share the link. The recipient opens it in their browser, sees the read-only calendar.

Details that make the difference

3 visibility levels: FULL, ANONYMOUS, CLIENT — each suited to a specific use.

No authentication: the recipient has nothing to create. The link is unique and non-guessable.

Immediate revocation: if the link leaks, you revoke it. It becomes instantly invalid.

Notifications: optional "notify email on view" for important links (CalendarShareSubscriber).

Frequently asked questions

Does the client see my rates?

No, never. No financial information (day rates, invoices, amounts) is exposed. Only worked days and status (available, in mission, on holiday).

How many links can I create?

Unlimited on Pro and Business plans. You can create one specific link per client if you want to segment.

Can the link expire automatically?

Yes, set an expiry date at creation (e.g. 6 months). After that, the link is invalid automatically.
