Feature

The mileage scale finally built for freelancers who travel.

Not just a linear "home → client" view. Log multi-leg trips with customizable origin and destination — including when you leave home, fly, and pick up the road from the arrival airport.

Day-to-day use cases

  • Paris-based freelancer going to a Munich client: home → Orly → Munich airport → client site. Each leg counts.
  • Consultant switching sites mid-day: morning at client A, afternoon at client B.
  • Track personal vs professional vehicle use for fiscal deduction.
  • Prep the annual fiscal declaration with a clean table for your accountant.

How it works

  1. 1
Quick entry mode (sidebar). For each day, pick "round trip, outbound, return, none" + the client site. Four clicks, done.
  2. 2
Detailed tool. For complex routes, you log each segment: origin, destination, distance.
  3. 3
The engine applies the correct scale band based on your vehicle's fiscal power and your annual kilometer total.
  4. 4
Clean export at year-end for the fiscal declaration.

Details that make the difference

Official scale built in. France 2024, 2025, 2026 scales for cars (3 to 7+ CV) and motorcycles. Annual update.

International multi-leg. Customizable origin and destination per segment — no forced "home-client" pattern.

Customizable vehicle. Configure your vehicles (CAR, MOTORCYCLE, MOPED) with their fiscal power.

Trip suggestions. The system can suggest recurring trips ("Going to this client every Tuesday?") to confirm or dismiss.

Frequently asked questions

Does the scale apply to trips abroad?

Yes. Distance counts no matter where it happens. If you leave home in France and drive 200km in Germany, those 200km count in the annual total.

How do I handle a train + plane + car trip?

You only log the car segments. Train and plane trips are classic pro expenses, logged separately in the expenses section (with deductible VAT where applicable).

Is the scale up to date for 2026?

Yes. 2024, 2025 and 2026 scales are integrated. Annual updates follow the official tax bulletin.
